Fighting against COVID-19

We are continuously reviewing, amending and updating our controls and protocols to ensure that we are providing the safest environment we can for everyone. We are closely following the latest developments and updates in our community and regularly seeking the guidance of our Ministry of Health.

Below is a brief description of our protocols and procedures in order to ensure safety and prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our premises:

  • All adults are required to wear a face mask and parents must ensure to abide by this during drop-off and pick-up of their child(ren).
  • Touchless thermometers will be used to take the temperature of the children and adults entering our premises. If a child or staff has a temperature of over 37°C or exhibits signs of illness, our procedures will be followed by isolating this individual in a designated area. Parents will be notified instantly to pick up the child. Staff member will be sent home immediately.
  • Hand sanitizers will be out of the reach of children, but near all entry doors, classrooms, and other areas.
  • We have strengthened our already rigorous cleanliness and hygiene practices. This includes more frequent hand washing and increased cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of surfaces and items in classrooms.
  • Windows and doors (where/when possible) will be kept open to allow for increased air circulation.
